DESCRIPTION:Intro to Defensive Shooting Fundamentals is the place to start learning how to carry your firearm in public. Build a foundation that includes proper grip\, stance\, body dynamics and how to efficiently and effectively fire three to five rounds to neutralize a threat.  This class is entirely on the range. You will need 250 rounds of ammunition\, eye and hearing protection\, closed toed shoes\, and brimmed cap.

Different shooting activities and learning opportunities each week! Come join us for fun range activities that include drawing from the holster\, moving and shooting\, quarterly match and more! All La Grange chapter events take place at Fayette County Gun Club unless otherwise specified. \nNo fee to attend. Range fees of $25 are paid separately to the range if you are NOT a member of FCGC. The student will learn how to zero their sights or optic\, learn about various types of optics\, understand why the zero distance matters\, and be introduced to proper kinesthetic alignment specific to using the AR-15 platform. Come learn to run your rifle instead of having it run you.
