DESCRIPTION:Introducing our inaugural First Shots for the Family event! This family friendly event is for anyone wanting to learn about firearms and/or introduce their children to them in a fun\, safe environment. The event starts out with a presentation on shooting range safety. All participants will receive: \n\nFirst Shots Handbook – much like a log book for a pilot or a life list for a bird watcher\, this handbook will become a place to record shooting experiences\, goals and course notes. It also contains the instructions on how to claim your First Shots Reward coupon of $25 at A Girl & A Gun!\nEye and Ear protection – Through a partnership with Pyramex Safety Products these items will be presented to you as a gift so you are prepared for your next shooting experience.\nTargets – are sponsored by Birchwood Casey and are the popular shoot and see targets. They make a great souvenir after a successful range experience!\nAmmunition – sponsored by Winchester\, each class participant will receive 25 rounds of .22 ammunition for use at this event!\nAll firearms are provided – all firearms will be .22lr.\n$25 dollar coupon – to be used at the A Girl & A Gun Website. We hope you will join us in membership or purchase one for a special lady in your life!\n\nYou just have to reserve your spots and show up! Firearms\, ammunition\, eye and hearing protection are all provided! This event is sponsored by the NSSF\, National Sports Shooting Foundation and the Bastrop chapter of A Girl & A Gun.
