I finally stopped being so lazy and took the LTC course from Crystal. I’m so glad I did! She is a fantastic instructor/teacher. I’ll definitely be taking more of her classes. Although I grew up around firearms and hunting and had owned several rifles, shotguns and handguns in the past; it had been 25 years since I had last even held a gun. So, needless to say, I was a little rusty. Crystal re-introduced me to firearms safety when handling a handgun as well as the proper stance and posture for accurate target shooting. In just one hour of instruction, I saw a dramatic improvement in target accuracy. Crystal is extremely knowledge in all aspects of firearms and safety. She is VERY professional and patient as an instructor and makes using a firearm both safe and fun.

Guns can be intimidating, but Crystal will put you at ease. I really enjoy her teaching style. She goes above, and beyond to help the new gun owner. You don’t have a gun? No worries, I didn’t when I began my journey. Crystal has taken the time out for me to try different guns before I made my purchase. She also helped me with the different types of holsters, and carrying options. Crystal is not pushy. She shows you different options that are out there, guides you, and leaves the decision making up to you, because ultimately you decide what fits your needs. Crystal is passionate about her work, and making sure you are comfortable, and safe around firearms. Her instructions are clear with a flare of southern charm!
I credit Crystal with my ‘sling light’ going on. She’s a very gifted instructor. Lots of folks are good at doing stuff, but not everyone can teach someone else to do the same thing. Takes a lot of patience, and the ability to say the same thing in different ways.
