We offer 3 levels of Red Dot (or Green Dot) optic classes. Each class is 3+ hours.
The first level, Red Dot Fundamentals is focused on the dot. Finding it consistently, zeroing at 10 yards, shooting fundamentals with the dot and MUCH more. If you are thinking about adding a dot or are having issues with yours, this is the class to start with.
Level 2 is Red Dot Intermediate which is focused on adding a holster draw to your dot acquisition. You will build more resilient skills to get more accurate shots sooner. Target transitions, various types of grips, precise shooting, and body position will be covered. Prerequisite: Red Dot Fundamentals.
Level 3 is Red Dot Operator and the focus is on the shooter’s body dynamics. You must be able to shoot 10 shots in a 1″ square with 80% accuracy at 5 yards. We will re-build and optimize fundamentals and body dynamics that affect each student’s shooting in a meaningful way for speed and accuracy from the draw. This is the class that puts it all together and gets you running your dot like an operator! Prerequisite: Red Dot Intermediate.
